RomAntic Tiny House Aventino

Our tiny house is a tourist accommodation. A valid identity document will be required upon check-in and we will ask to sign a standard tourist rental agreement .
Payment can be made by credit card or cash.
Cleaning is provided only on the day of check out but requests for intermediate cleaning are accepted for a fee (€ 50.00 per day).
It is not allowed to host other people or organize events or parties.

Here there are some important information:

Check-in time:
- from 15:00 to 19:00 (after 19:00 we closed)

Check out time:
- no later than 12:00

Early check-in:
- from 13:00 to 15:00 (check in should be confirmed 24 hours before) and has an additional cost of €15 to be paid in cash to the receptionist

Late check-in:
- from 19:00 to 21:30 (must be requested at least 5 days before the check in date) and has an additional cost of €15 to be paid in cash to the receptionist

Night check-in:
- from 21:30 to 1:00 (must be requested at least 5 days before the check in date) and has an additional cost of €50 to be paid in cash to the receptionist

Transfer to and from Rome Fiumicino "Leonardo Da Vinci" and Ciampino "G. B. Pastine" airports
- the cost per way is €70, to be paid to the driver also by credit card. The service is subject to the availability of the partner company.
